Zumba® Fitness takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic, Latin-infused and World music. The choreography incorporates a variety of dance genres like hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, reggaeton, moombahton, cumbia, bachata, and bhangra, to name a few. Squats and lunges are integrated throughout.
You’ll get a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. And, you’ll leave each class with boosted energy, a serious dose of awesome, and a deficit of about 500 – 800+ calories!
Every Zumba class is followed by 12 minutes of CIRCL Mobility to help restore balance, enhance joint mobility, and increase muscle recovery. This part of the class is optional.
